A massive well done to our very own Shireen Smith who recently completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge!

 

Shireen, along with seven other friends managed to complete the journey in just short of 11 hours and among them have raised a fantastic £1800 so far for charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, National Autistic Society and Prostate Cancer Society UK.

The festival bring a wide variety of touring artists as well as up and coming performers to our city and takes place across different venues.

 

Taking place over four days the festival not only celebrates music but also enjoys art, poetry and theater as well as plenty of fun activities for the family to attend.
